RBS Regional Railway Bern-Solothurn, Dual Track BKW-Worblaufen

Conversion to twin tracks took place during train operation in Worblaufen between km 19.60 and km 20.67, incl. new switch connections and  industrial rail connections. At Altikofen a railway tunnel was constructed using top down and open construction methods.

Several retaining walls and a viaduct with varying height levels was erected and an existing wall alomg the River Worble was raised.
