New construction of a hydroelectric power plant on the Elmali and Tasoba rivers in northeast Turkey (Trabzon region). Construction of two reservoirs for daily compensation with intakes and fish pass, connection galleries, surge tank and forebay, penstock, power house, switchyard and transmission line.
